Renamer: Renomeador de atalhos

Renamer é um aplicativo escrito em Phyton, onde é possível renomear os atalhos dos programas e jogos que aparecem no menu do seu smartphone, obviamente, nem todos os atalhos podem ser renomeados.

É interessante para mudar os nomes dos atalhos para algo mais sugestivo, ou então, "consertar" os nomes de alguns programas que quando são instalados ficam com vários símbolos □□□□□□ no lugar do nome verdadeiro, possivelmente devido a linguagem utilizada não ser compatível com o celular.

Renomeando os atalhos do menu

Instale e execute o aplicativo. Surgirá a tela inicial do mesmo, onde abaixo do item "Programs: xx", estará a lista dos aplicativos que podem ter seus nomes trocados.

Escolha o programa que deseja alterar o nome, vá em Opções>>Rename>>in menu.

Surgirá uma tela com duas caixas, onde a de cima indica o nome que ficará no menu e o de baixo o nome que aparecerá na janela do programa ou no gerenciador de tarefas, quando ele estiver sendo executado.

Digite o nome é aperte Ok, espere o programa renomear o atalho e pronto, nome alterado.


*O limite de caracteres é 9 (nove).
*É necessário ter o Phyton instalado.

Renamer: Rename the shortcuts

Renamer is an application written in Python, where you can rename the shortcuts of programs and games that appear on the menu of your smartphone, of course, not all the shortcuts can be renamed.

It is interesting to change the names of the shortcuts to something more suggestive, or "fix" the names of some programs that are installed when staying with various symbols □□□□□□ instead of real name, possibly because the language used does not be compatible with the phone.

Renaming the shortcut menu

Install, and run the application. The initial screen will appear, where under the item "Programs: xx", will be the list of applications that can have their names exchanged.

Choose the program what you want to change the name, go to Options>>Rename>>in menu.

A screen will appear with two boxes, where the first indicate the name that will be on the menu and the second the name that will appear in the program window or in the Task Manager, when it is running.

Enter the name and press OK. Now wait while the program change the name of the shortcut.

Bloqueando o celular com senha - Nokia Symbian S60

Existem programas destinados ao bloqueio do celular, completamente ou apenas alguma função dele, evitando que algum espertinho idiota (também namorada, esposa, etc....) mexa no seu smartphone sem autorização bisbilhotando aquelas fotos comprometedoras e pornográficas ou aquelas mensagens trocadas com a amante...hehehe

Além desses programas, existe um meio alternativo que já é embutido nos aparelhos Nokia que permite deixar o seu celular bloqueado com senha, ou seja, depois de determinado tempo a pessoa só conseguirá acessar as funções do celular se digitar a senha correta.


A grande vantagem é que você não precisa instalar nada, apenas configurar o celular corretamente.


Vamos ao que interessa:

1 - Para configurar a senha vá em: Ferramentas>>> Configurações>>> Segurança>>> Telefone e SIM >>>Cód. de Travamento, então digite a senha atual, depois a nova senha e redigite a nova senha para confirmar.

2 - Para configurar o travamento automático, basta ir em: Ferramentas>>> Configurações>>> Segurança>>> Telefone e SIM>>> Período p/ trav.auto.>>> Def. pelo usuário.

O aparelho vai solicitar o tempo para bloqueio (o mínimo é 1 minuto):

O aparelho vai solicitar a senha (padrão Nokia é 12345):

Depois do tempo que você estipulou, o celular será bloqueado automaticamente, requisitando a senha para ser desbloqueado.

Blocking the smarpthone with password

There are programs designed to block the cellphone, completely or only some function, preventing some idiot (also girlfriend, wife, etc...) take your smartphone without authorization snooping around those compromising photos and others pornographics, also those messages of your mistress...hehehe

In addition to these programs, there is an alternative way which is already embedded in Nokia devices that lets your phone locked with password, ie, after some time the smarthphone should type the correct password to access the phone's functions.


The big advantage is that you do not need to install anything, just set the phone correctly.


Come down to work:

1 - To set the password go to: Tools>>> Settings>>> Security>>> Phone and SIM>>>> Lock code, then type the current password, after the new password and retype the new password to confirm.

2 - To set up automatic lock, go to: Tools>>> Settings>>> Security>>>> Phone and SIM>>> Autolock Period>>> User defined.

The device will ask the time to block (the minimum is 1 minute) and the the password (default Nokia is 12345), type and "That’s all folks"!


After the time stipulated for you, your phone will be automatically locked, requesting the password to be unlocked.

Ocultando imagens da Galeria do celular

Algumas fotos ou imagens que você coloca em seu smartphone S60 você não deseja que apareça na Galeria.

Então como ocultar as imagens da Galeria?

A solução para isso é colocar o atributo “ocultar” no arquivo desejado. Para isso é necessário utilizar um gerenciador de arquivos (o padrão do celular não serve), por exemplo, o FExplorer.

Com o FExplorer instalado, execute-o e selecione o arquivo desejado.

Depois vá em Opções>>Ficheiro>>Definir Atributos e na opção Oculta, marque Ligado, depois tecle Voltar.

O programa irá perguntar se você quer Mudar atributos (?), selecione Sim.

Pronto, a imagem não irá ser mostrada através da aplicação Galeria do celular, porém, utilizando outro visualizador de imagens como o Resco Photo Viewer, a imagem é exibida normalmente.

Hiding images/photos from the Gallery application

Some photos or images that you place on your S60 smartphone you don´t want to appear in the Gallery application.

What should you do?

The solution to this is to set the attribute "hidden" in the image/photo. To do that you need a file manager (the default phone's won´t do the job), for example, the FExplorer.

After FExplorer installed, run it and select the desired file.

After this go to Options>>File>>Attributes and in the option Hidden, select On, then Back.

The program will ask if you want to change attributes(?), select Yes.



The image/photo will not be displayed by the gallery application of smartphone, but using another image viewer such as Resco Photo Viewer, the image is displayed normally.
